Thursday Scent Poll
Happy Thursday! Doesn’t have quite the same ring as Happy Friday, but we’ll have that soon enough
I hope you stop by Friday to talk about “Whatever” — it was great to hear what people were up to last weekend!
Today we’ve got a pair of polls — I’ll be busy this weekend restocking favorites and making some new lotions. We just got in a huge shipment of raw materials for creme fraiche, so restocking those shall be a priority. AND!! We got in Angel Food Cake and Graham Cracker, which have been frequently requested recently!
The first poll is on restocking — you can choose up to 5 items. Second poll is on some new Crema scents and you can also choose up to 5 in that poll.
Really want something that’s not listed? Please leave a comment with your idea!

Hee hee. Here I am again, adding my two cents to the issues of real importance in my life! Bring back the lychee bubble tea!
I voted!
And I have NOT been keeping up on your blog. But in my defense, this week was wretched.
Love!
Yay new goodies! I’m going to stalk your shop this weekend Lisa!
Thanks for keeping Savor so exciting and fun all the time!
Awww, Nik! I’m sorry to hear that — I hope this week goes much better
I would love for you to make a sweet cake Crema.
I seriously couldn’t survive without the coffee scrub. Alternating between that and the coconut soap is the best thing ever for my face.
Hot buttered oatmeal sounds amazing! I want to experience all of your fantastic essences & aromas!
Hey Savor
Im wondering how the oatmeal smells from the look of the poll results- it smells wonderful. Your blog looks really nice

Here’s a sold Hot Buttered Oatmeal whipped soap scrub:

The notes are hot cooked oats, melted butter, a touch of maple, and sweet sugar.
i’ll be in touch about getting my paws on some of that graham cracker creme fraiche, lisa
how about vanilla cardamom crema or even ginger cardamom crema?
i second the comment about bringing back the lychee bubble tea soap - i never tried the matcha one, but i love the lychee one
p.s. that cannoli scrub is now my resident hand wash - those jojoba beads (is that what they are?) are perfect for washing my hands! - i love how you’re putting all kinds of new scrubby things in the creme fraiches - yay!
Julia — jojoba, yep! I do the same as you actually, right now I have Joie de Vivre CF in my kitchen because it’s scrubby.
I’ve got some crushed apricot seed I should use in a scrub sometime soon. It would be fun to try REALLY scrubby things like ground luffa, pumice, etc.
I wonder if cardamom crema might be a little bit irritating? I am not sure, I will have to test that out! Ginger and cardamom together sound like a fantastic combo.
Where is the Dulce sugar scrub????? lol I need a 16 oz jar. lol
Also, is cinnamon snowflakes just going to be a holiday special? I LOVED that one! Maybe you can call it something else for the summer. Like Cinnamon Fireworks or something.
Right now Cinnamon Snowflakes is winter-only!
Cinnamon Snowflakes is also my favourite. I will have to stock up in winter.
I think a Coconut Mochi crema would be nice Lisa, and I would like the Root Beer soap to come back
I always think of you, Karen, when I think of Cinnamon Snowflakes!
And Rootbeer! I totally forgot. Will have to make some
Happiest Thursdays and an even Happier Fridees!
Oooh I love Root Beer soap! I’m so happy to have held onto it. I savor my Savor. Red Lychee…I’ll never forget when I’d given my Father that sparkling bar of soap. I remember his eyes lighting up as he sniffed.
Lisa, your shop makes me delirious!! It’s like going into Willy Wonka’s factory but instead of chocolate and candies it’s soaps, Creme Fraiche, Crema, Mists…you have a whole ancillary line of products that support one another. I can layer Root Beer soap with Sweet Carrot CF, dab on Snow Cat Crema and mist down with some Magik on the body and Faloodeh in the hair as it lightly drizzles happily on my face. Faloodeh straight from the fridge! Glowing, radiant skin and hair.
Your shop makes me go mad, I tell you! Mad! Delirious. Delirium.
Must…buy…Mists…soon…Savor…Savor!!

Now I know to stock up on Cinnamon snowflakes this winter!
I am using a bar of root beer soap right now (I bought it while at my Aromafest conference) and she achieved the scent using ONLY essential oils! She keeps the recipe a secret (of course), but my nose can pick out sweet birch and some anise seed, or maybe fennel. It’s amazing!
I hope it’s not too late to leave a comment but I would really love a Creme Brulee crema. I smelled something similar the other day and it was beau-ti-ful
root beer soap! - i must have totally missed that one - hey, lisa, how about a blog-only special on root beer soap? - i think there are plenty of us who would stock up!
Ooh, I like that idea, Julia!
Karen — I’ll give Creme Brulee a try! It will probably be scrumptious
Oh Dread Pirate Roberts…how I love thee…sigh.
If I may suggest Holi for one of my choices, it is soooo pretty! And I must admit when you referred to Cardamom fragrance I immediately thought of spicy-sweet hot chocolate!! That would be delish for the holidays, if you don’t mind my saying so!
Thanks again for having such awesome stuff Lisa! I’ll be rooting around your shop this weekend…I’m addicted!
